Stephen J. Lindsey, DDS

Dr. Lindsey earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1982 from the University of Tennessee Dental College with honors. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Memphis Dental Society. He has been ranked to be among Memphis' Top Dentists by his peers as published in Memphis Magazine each year since 2008. Dr. Lindsey says the thing he loves most about dentistry is being able to give people back their smile and help them keep it. "It's very rewarding to know you can improve a person's life by giving them greater confidence with something as powerful as a great healthy smile."

I am excited to be joining the team at Dental Excellence and working with Dr. Lindsey and his staff. I look forward to meeting the patients and continuing to provide comprehensive dental care in this professional and compassionate practice.

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, I received my college degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. I then earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis followed by a one year general practice residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where I received extensive additional training in general dentistry.

In addition to practicing dentistry, I like to play tennis, soccer and follow college sports. This is an exciting time to be moving back to Memphis and I am eager to become involved in the community and be part of the growth of this thriving city.
